Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon green chili pepper, sliced
  • 2/3 cup lime juice
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a glass bowl, mix the ingredients and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
